If you do have a referral or court documentation, bring it to your first appointment so we can make sure your class requirements are met and any necessary paperwork is completed.

Yes. We provide documentation and completion certificates when required for court, probation, or workplace referrals. All documentation is handled with confidentiality and professionalism.

Please let us know at your first appointment if you need any specific paperwork so we can plan accordingly. If your court or employer requires a specific number of sessions, we will make sure your plan meets that requirement.

Program length depends on your goals and, if applicable, any requirements from a court or employer. Many participants attend weekly sessions over 8 to 12 weeks, but this can be adjusted.

If you need more time to build skills, we extend the program. If you are attending voluntarily and feel ready to conclude sooner, we can discuss that too. Your plan is built around your progress.

Yes. Everything you share during your classes is confidential. We follow all applicable privacy laws, and your information is never shared without your consent.

The one exception is when required by law, such as if there is a risk of harm to you or someone else. Otherwise, what you discuss stays between you and your provider.

Telehealth makes attending easier and more private, since you can join from home, work, or anywhere quiet. If you are located outside of these states, we are unable to provide care at this time.
