The initial psychiatric evaluation is a flat fee of $195 (initial visit only). There are no hidden charges. Subsequent sessions such as medication management and psychotherapy follow-ups are $125 and behavioral therapy sessions are $75.

Is the evaluation done via telehealth?
Yes. All evaluations at Harmony Health and Psychiatry are conducted via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth. You can attend from the comfort of your home across Florida, Virginia, and Washington.

What should I prepare before my session?
We recommend gathering any past medical or mental health records, writing down your current symptoms and concerns, and listing any medications or supplements you are currently taking. Having a quiet, private space for the video call also helps.

What happens after the evaluation?
After your evaluation, our board-certified provider will share clinical impressions, discuss a personalized treatment plan, and outline next steps which may include medication management, therapy referrals, or follow-up appointments. You will never leave without a clear path forward.
