We are a cash-pay only practice and do not bill insurance directly. However, upon request we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. This varies depending on your individual plan.
Yes. Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) are accepted for all of our services. Psychiatric and mental health care qualifies as an eligible medical expense under most HSA and FSA plans.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, HSA cards, and FSA cards. Payment is collected at the time of your appointment. We do not accept cash or personal checks at this time.
Yes. Our fees are the same whether your appointment is conducted via telehealth or in person at our North Miami Beach office. The quality of care and the time spent with Dr. Toussaint-Andre is identical either way.
If your visit covers more than one service, each service is billed separately at its listed rate. For example, if your appointment includes both medication management and a behavioral therapy follow-up, each is charged at its individual fee. We always discuss this with you in advance.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your appointment.
If you are new to Harmony Health and Psychiatry, your first appointment will always be a Psychiatric Evaluation at $295. This initial visit helps Dr. Toussaint-Andre understand your needs and recommend the right follow-up services. Our team is also available by phone to help guide you before booking.
